The agreement between you and BuzzingFrame when you use our design subscription service.
Effective date: February 14, 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the design subscription services provided by BuzzingFrame ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to any plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
BuzzingFrame operates a subscription-based design service. We provide creative design work on a recurring monthly basis to subscribers who maintain an active plan.
All subscription plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel. Plan details, pricing, and included services are described on our pricing page.
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us directly. When you pause, your remaining billing days are banked for future use. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and the cost difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
You submit design requests through our shared workspace. There is no limit on the number of requests in your queue. Requests are processed based on your plan's active request slots to ensure quality output.
We aim to deliver most design requests within 24 to 48 hours. Larger or more complex tasks are broken into incremental deliverables. Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees.
All plans include unlimited revisions. We continue refining deliverables until they meet your specifications. Revisions apply to the active request and do not carry over to new requests.
Upon delivery, you own 100% of the intellectual property rights to all design work produced for you under your subscription. This includes all source files, assets, and final outputs.
Any tools, templates, frameworks, or components that we developed prior to or independently of your project remain our property. Where such materials are incorporated into your deliverables, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use them within your project.
We may display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing. We will not disclose confidential business information without your consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuzzingFrame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
We provide our services on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the subscription. This includes design briefs, brand assets, business strategies, and any materials marked as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of the subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your subscription if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use our services for unlawful purposes. In such cases, we are not obligated to issue a refund.
Upon termination, you retain ownership of all completed deliverables. Access to the shared workspace and any pending requests will be discontinued.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers via email. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
