How do we stay in touch with the team?
Instantly, through Studio, our own app: a chat for each project and comments on every design. During working hours, five days a week, we reply within 15 minutes. Your creative project manager is your main point of contact.

Most requests, like a banner set, come back the same day, and design requests within 24 to 48 hours. Bigger work, like a full landing page, takes a few days. It depends on the task.
